About Us

WE ARE A LONG TERM RV PARK ONLY.

Great Sky RV Park Wedowee LLC is located on the north east section of Lake Wedowee (aka Harris Reservoir) north of the 48 Bridge on the Wedowee Creek Branch. Our campground master plan currently includes fifty-four (54) nicely wooded long term camp sites with the first phase located directly on the lake front. Phase one includes eighteen (18) sites opening in June 2022 all with water views and approximately seven (7) sites with direct waterfrontage. The first phase includes the main amenity area and will have a private boat ramp, floating dock, community fire pit, and space for future amenity additions. Phase two should begin construction in the summer of 2023 and plans include another eighteen sites along with additional amenities. Our campground sits on approximately 14 acres of former farmland and includes a spring and creek that used to provide drinking water to several local homes and farms before public water was made available to the community. The property has over 700 feet of lake frontage in the summer and approximately 600 feet in the winter.

Our Rates

We are a long term only RV park with annual lease terms.

All rents are due on the 1st day of your lease. Rates are subject to change at the owner's discretion. Notice will be provided not less than 60 days in advance of any rate increase.
